Guillaume Trottier

Guillaume Trottier has extensive work experience in various roles related to business intelligence (BI) and artificial intelligence (AI). Starting in 1999, they worked as a Web Analyst at HEC Montreal until 2011. Guillaume then joined McGill University, where they held multiple positions, including Portfolio Manager for Document Management Solutions, BI Manager, and Director of Shared Platform & Development Services. In 2021, they joined Co-operators as a Senior Director of BI & AI Solutions, and in 2022, they started working at GRICS as the VP of Data Valorization (BI & AI).

Guillaume Trottier has a comprehensive education history. Guillaume obtained a Baccalauréat in Génie informatique (Computer Engineering) from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, which they pursued from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Collège Ste-Anne from 1989 to 1994. While the degree name and field of study for their time at Collège Ste-Anne are unknown, it is evident that they received education during that period. Additionally, Guillaume has acquired several certifications to further enhance their skills. Some of these certifications include Certified Product Owner from Innovel, Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) from APMG-International, and ITIL v3 Foundation from aHead Technology. Guillaume obtained these certifications in 2019, 2018, 2015, and 2012, respectively.
