Sylvio Proulx

Sylvio Proulx has a diverse work experience with various companies. Sylvio started their career in 2006 as a Senior QA Specialist at Logiciel Posera Inc, where they specialized in card payment integration with the Maitre'D Point-of-Sale Software. Sylvio used HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) suite for this role. In 2014, they joined the Department of National Defence as a Company Sergeant-Major and served in this position until 2018. Sylvio then joined the Canadian Armed Forces as an Instruction Sergeant-Major, where they stayed until 2020. In the same year, they also worked as a Technical Writer at PayFacto. From 2020 to 2022, Sylvio worked at LOC Software as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Currently, they are working at GRICS as an Analyst, starting from April 2023.

Sylvio Proulx attended Institut Teccart from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Diplôme d'Études Collégiales (Diploma of College Studies) in Technologies des Systèmes Ordinés (Automated Systems Technologies).
