Allison Peng

Allison Peng is an experienced professional with a strong background in programming, data analytics, and computer vision research. As a Learning Assistant at the University of California, Davis, from January 2022 to June 2024, Allison dedicated significant time to tutoring and assisting students in programming assignments. Allison's role as a Computer Vision Research Assistant at Sumner Lab involved creating and processing 3D models of Antarctic bacterial communities and performing spatial statistical analysis. In the summer of 2024, Allison served as a Software and Data Intern at the Alaska Center for Energy and Power, contributing to Project STORM and developing an educational game. Allison also led a data analytics initiative at the Aggie Reuse Store, guiding a team in data collection and analysis, and has recently taken on the role of AI Prompt Engineer at Grid, focusing on financial processing automation.
