Aleksandr Ermak is a Staff ML Engineer at Grid Dynamics, where they focus on driving automation and intelligent search. With over five years of experience, Aleksandr has successfully led projects in Programmatic Marketing, Finance, and Telecom. They previously served as a Data Scientist at Tele2 and a Machine Learning Engineer at Intent.ai, where they developed advanced predictive models and automated data pipelines.
