Daniel Isepciuc

Daniel Isepciuc has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel is currently working at Grid Dynamics as a Location Lead and Delivery Manager since June 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of AVP Delivery at Ness Digital Engineering Romania from April 2016 to June 2022. Daniel also worked as a Delivery Manager and Team Lead/Delivery Manager at the same company from January 2014 to April 2016 and from April 2013 to December 2013, respectively.

Before joining Ness Digital Engineering Romania, Daniel founded their own company called ELAND UNITED in 2008, where they served as the Founder/Project Manager until December 2016. Daniel also worked as a Project Manager at SoftVision from October 2012 to April 2013.

Daniel Isepciuc obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Automation and Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they completed between 1998 and 2003. Daniel later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, completing it between 2007 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including PMP® Exam Prep Seminar, Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict, Introduction to Financial Accounting, Certified Scrum Master, Prince2 Foundation, Prince2 Practitioner, Certified Spring Professional - Spring Framework 3.0, and Sun Certified Programmer, SE 5.0.
