Denisa Oncea

Denisa Oncea is an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Grid Dynamics since December 2022, playing a pivotal role in the launch of the company's new Romanian location. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, employer branding, office management, and onboarding. Denisa actively engages with potential candidates through various platforms and manages candidate databases effectively. Previously, Denisa served as a Recruitment Intern at PwC Romania, where participation in the recruitment process involved screening applicant CVs and scheduling interviews. Denisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Titu Maiorescu University, along with a Bacalaureat in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul Național de Informatică “Carmen Sylva.”
