Oleksandr Kovalenko, PMP®, CSM®, is an experienced Technical Project Manager currently serving at Grid Dynamics, managing the Macy's account since March 2024. Prior to this role, Oleksandr was the Program Manager and Head of Delivery at GR8 Tech from October 2019 to February 2024, where significant contributions were made in establishing a B2B CRM platform and enhancing key processes.
