Petru Basarab has extensive experience in technology operations and application reliability, currently serving as a Tech-Ops at Grid Dynamics since July 2021, where responsibilities include understanding client business operations and driving service improvements through technological support. Prior to this, Petru worked at Tacit Knowledge as an Application Reliability Analyst and held the position of Problem Analyst at Stefanini EMEA from November 2016 to November 2018, focusing on root cause analysis, problem resolution, and enhancing the problem reporting system. Additionally, experience as a Technical Product Specialist involved managing incidents related to POS products in the customer service domain. Petru Basarab holds a degree from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
