Roman Malyshev

Roman Malyshev is a Senior Software Engineer at Grid Dynamics since December 2021, where responsibilities include solution architecture design, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this role, Roman served as Front End Team and Tech Lead at Distributed Lab from November 2017 to November 2021, overseeing functionality development, project support, and team organization while improving development processes. Earlier experience includes a position as Front End Developer at Distributed Lab and a brief role at McDonald's. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s degree in Security of Information and Communication Systems from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, completed between 2012 and 2018.
