Stepan Ostapenco

Stepan Ostapenco is a highly experienced software engineer specializing in distributed applications, mobile platform programming, and operating systems design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Grid Dynamics since November 2025, Stepan previously held positions including Software Architect at DotGov Solutions LLC and Lead Software Architect at Sonacom Grup.
