Vlad Pertu

Vlad Pertu has extensive work experience in technology leadership and software engineering. Vlad is currently serving as a Technology Director at Grid Dynamics, where they lead all project cycles and oversees Order Management, CMS, and DAM systems. Prior to this role, Vlad worked at Tacit Knowledge, where they held multiple positions including Director of Engineering and Product Development, Principal Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. During their time at Tacit Knowledge, they played a key role in delivering enterprise programs and leading the architecture for the company's ecommerce product. Before joining Tacit Knowledge, Vlad worked as a Software Engineer at Echo Technologies SA, where they developed software according to client requirements and international standards. Vlad also has experience working as an Engineer and IT Department Lead at the National Library of Moldova. Overall, Vlad Pertu has a strong background in technology leadership, software engineering, and project delivery.

Vlad Pertu holds a Master's degree in Distributed Systems from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, obtained from 2004 to 2005. Vlad also has a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and applied languages from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, completed from 1998 to 2002. In addition, Vlad Pertu has obtained various certifications, including Hybris Core Developer, Hybris Software Developer, Endeca Accredited Technical Consultant, Certified Day Communique CQ5 Developer (Adobe AEM), and Certified Day Communique CQ5 System Administrator (Adobe AEM).
