They have founded and led Grid Engineering Services, an ISO 9001 : 2015 certified company specializing in various engineering services. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as CEO of Grid Design Solutions Pvt Ltd. Shiraz A. has also worked as a Structural Engineer at Hyder Consulting, MZ & Partners Architectural & Engineering Consultancy W.L.L., and Qatar Design Consortium. They hold a BE in Civil Engineering from The Indian Engineering College.
