Hannes Diedrich

Hannes Diedrich is an experienced software engineer currently working at Grid Singularity since March 2018. Prior to this role, Hannes served as a postdoc at GFZ-Potsdam from May 2016 to March 2018 and worked as a freelancer for the ESA project EMiR at Informus GmbH from January 2015 to April 2016. Hannes has a robust academic background, having completed a PhD in Meteorology at Freie Universität Berlin from 2012 to 2016, where Hannes also earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. Additional experience includes roles as a trainee at Deutscher Wetterdienst and a volunteer support worker at Swansea University.
