Ali Zafiris

Ali Zafiris is a mission-driven operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Grid110, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs in Los Angeles. With a strong foundation in people operations, organizational strategy, and program design, Ali has successfully led cross-functional teams and developed impactful community-centered initiatives. Previously, Ali gained diverse experience in roles such as Operations Manager, PR/Social Media Intern, and Talent Coordinator, honing skills in stakeholder management and recruitment processes. Ali studied Communications with a focus on Public Relations at Boston University and is participating in a study abroad program with Semester At Sea.
