Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan has worked for two companies in the past. Mark began their career in 1996 with Aquarium Design and Maintenance Inc. as an Account Manager/Aquarist. In 2012, they joined Grid4 Communications as a Solutions Engineer/Service Order Coordinator. In this role, they combined their technical knowledge with organizational, interpersonal and project management skills. Mark designed the technical solution for orders and also coordinated the gathering of all needed information. A build sheet was created containing all information and notes to activate a customer then entered into the OSS.

Mark Sullivan has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Biology from Oakland University, as well as an Associate in Liberal Arts from Oakland Community College.
