Ryan TenBrink

Ryan TenBrink began their work experience in 2007 as a Fry Cook at The Rock Cafe. Ryan later worked as a Line Cook at Top Deck at Gordon Lodge and Oakland Hills Country Club. In 2010, they became a Line Cook/Banquet worker at Oakland Hills Country Club. Ryan then worked as a Server at Bistro 43 at Marriott Hotel and as a 2nd-level intern in management at Oakland Hills Country Club. In 2012, they became a Servers Assistant at Country Club of Lansing. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Dining Room Manager and then as the Director of Food and Beverage at Bloomfield Hills Country Club. Ryan then became the Clubhouse Manager at Orchard Lake Country Club from 2015 to 2020. After that, they worked as the Assistant General Manager at Forest Lake Country Club. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Account Manager at Grid4 Communications starting from April 2023.

Ryan TenBrink began their education at Ferris State University, Big in 2007, where they studied Liberal Arts as a prerequisite for their future field in hospitality. Ryan then attended the Great Lakes Culinary Institute from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate degree in Applied Science with a focus on Culinary Arts. In 2009, they obtained certifications in CPR and Servsafe.

Ryan later pursued their passion for hospitality by enrolling at Michigan State University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a Tips Training certification to further enhance their skills in the industry.
