Mike Holt

Mike Holt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of NODIS since June 2015, Mike leads the development of innovative smart glass film technology that enhances energy efficiency. In addition, Mike has served in various capacities, including investor and board director for several companies such as Get2Volume, ConnectedHealth Pte Ltd, gridComm Pte Ltd, and TabSquare Pte Ltd, focusing on enterprise technology, health tech, smart city solutions, and AI innovation. A co-founder of Semitech Semiconductor, Mike also has a history of leadership roles, including President and CEO at eMicro and product line management at Texas Instruments. Mike Holt holds an MBA (cum laude) and two degrees in Electrical Engineering (MSEE and BSEE) from the University of California, Irvine.
