We make frozen bakery that works with real life. Founded by friends and food lovers Ella and Sophie, Griddle started with a simple frustration: why did health always come at the cost of convenience and taste? Food got faster, but not better - full of sugar, additives and compromises we'd never make when scratch cooking.

So we changed it.

Using kitchen-cupboard ingredients and homemade recipes, we make real bakery and freeze it at peak freshness. No preservatives. No fake fresh. No wastage.
