Curtis Winner

Curtis Winner is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Development at GridLiance. They have extensive experience in environmental management, having held positions such as Director of Safety, Technical & Land Services and Manager of Land Services at New Mexico Gas Company, where they managed environmental and GIS mapping functions. Previously, they served as Manager of Environmental Construction at Public Service Company of New Mexico, contributing to capital project execution as an Environmental Scientist. Additionally, Curtis was the Director of the Jicarilla Apache Agricultural Extension Program at New Mexico State University from 2000 to 2001.
