Jon Halperin is an experienced music industry professional with a diverse background in talent buying, management, and production. As the owner of Stay Free Recordings since February 2021, Jon specializes in vinyl releases. Jon has served as a talent buyer for multiple organizations, including The Glass House, GRIDLIFE, House of Creatives, Isle of Light, and Music Tastes Good, all contributing to a robust portfolio in event programming. Previously, Jon co-managed the artist DREGG and produced content for Bob's Burgers Music and Comedy and Musical Comedy Revue. Jon's extensive experience also includes roles such as Boutique Coordinator, Record Store Manager, and Runner at COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL, LLC from 2001 to 2016, as well as Activities Coordinator for the First City Festival. Jon holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

#GRIDLIFE is a one-of-a-kind motorsports festival that celebrates the full spectrum of car culture, and packages it up in a festival environment where good music and good times bring everyone together with high-fives and high-revs. Over five years we have crafted an experience that attracts the young “car curious” audience, removes barriers to entry, and converts them to motorsports enthusiasts. We’re dispelling the myth that, “The youth doesn’t care about motorsports”, because they do. You just need to make it accessible, shareable and fun.
