Marcus Perales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marcus began their career in the automotive industry at Bell Honda as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, assisting customers with their car buying process. Marcus later joined San Tan Honda as a Sales Representative, where they focused on providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers.

After their time in the automotive industry, Marcus transitioned into the hospitality sector, working at Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino as a Front Desk/Bellman. In this role, they assisted guests with their luggage and ensured their satisfaction throughout their stay. Marcus then joined Arizona Grand Resort as a Golf Service staff member, where they greeted guests and attended to their needs on the golf course.

In 2012, Marcus moved into the technology industry, joining Insight as a Costing Processor.
