Nick Davis

Nick Davis is the current CEO at GridMarket. Nick has previous experience as a consultant for Pacific Gas & Electric, Department of the Interior, and Westcom. Nick has also served as the CEO and founder of GridMarket.com.

Nick's experience as a consultant has taught him how to identify bankable carbon credits and how to prepare for the transition to AB-32 (successful legislation) and HR 2454 (ACES/Waxman-Markey, failed in Senate). Nick has also submitted a co-written report with their supervisor detailing their findings and providing a strategic action plan for claiming credits.

In addition to their work as a consultant, Nick has also served as a biotech field researcher and natural resource economist. In this role, they have helped uncover a multi-million dollar tax benefit for unclaimed donation of air quality credits (NOx, SOx) to local air district following a diesel electrification program in the San Joaquin Valley. Nick has also supported early stage work on water/energy nexus impacting utility's power plant portfolio.

Nick Davis has a Master's from Duke University and a BA from Northwestern University.
