David Miller

David Miller is an accomplished executive with a strong background in business development and commercial leadership within the energy sector. Since August 2021, David has served as Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Gridmatic. Prior experience includes a role as Developer at Shell, where David led US grid-scale storage project development from September 2019 to August 2021. David also held notable positions at Greensmith Energy, a Wärtsilä company, as VP and Director of Business Development from April 2014 to August 2019, and briefly worked as an MBA Intern at SunEdison in mid-2012. Earlier career experience includes an Associate position at Energy & Environmental Economics from July 2009 to August 2011 and as a Page for the U.S. House of Representatives in early 2004. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
