Eric Luxenberg

Eric Luxenberg is a Research Scientist at Gridmatic since September 2023 and a PhD Candidate and Instructor at Stanford University School of Engineering since September 2020. As an Instructor, Eric taught Stanford EE364a and delivered 20 lectures. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Quantitative Research Intern at Citadel from June to October 2023 and at BlackRock from June 2021 to December 2022, where Eric developed an MPC framework for illiquid asset allocation in the AI lab. Eric holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, expected in 2025, and previously earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 2019 from the same institution.
