Jamie Ray

Jamie Ray is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in machine learning and computer vision across various industries. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Gridmatic since March 2022, Jamie specializes in deep generative modeling for forecasting applications. Previous roles include Model Engineer at Ghost, focusing on autonomous driving technologies, and Machine Learning Scientist at Susquehanna International Group, where Jamie applied machine learning to finance-related problems. Prior to these positions, Jamie worked as an AI Researcher and Consultant, contributed to advancements in computer vision at Facebook, and developed proprietary algorithms at nTangle. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Stanford University, complemented by a strong foundation in physics and technology from the Illinois Math and Science Academy.
