Georg Rute

Georg Rute is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of GridRaven, which aims to enhance global grid transmission capacity by 30% by 2030. Previously, Rute held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Stargate Hydrogen, focusing on competitive clean hydrogen production. Rute also led the Smart Grid Unit and digital transformation efforts at Elering, Estonia's power and gas transmission operator. As the Founder and CTO of Sympower, Rute contributed to advancing low-carbon energy systems through demand response solutions. Early career experiences include internships at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, focusing on domestic energy management, and the World Energy Council, where Rute contributed to significant energy research. Rute holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Energy from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
