Chris Ward is an experienced retail operations manager currently serving as the Retail Operations Manager at GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited since January 2022, overseeing new retail offerings at Electric Forecourts, multi-site operations, product ranging, and customer experience. Previous experience includes a role as General Manager for GRIDSERVE’s second Electric Forecourt in Norwich and as Store People Manager and HR Business Partner at Morrisons, where Chris managed a team of senior retail managers in a complex operational environment. Prior to these roles, Chris held various management positions at Debenhams, including Store Manager, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of significant trading space and management of a large team, achieving notable operational results. Chris holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
