Simon Meadows is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, having held key roles across various organizations. Currently, as the Group FP&A Manager at GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited, Simon is tasked with implementing automated reporting and enhancing data flows amid rapid company growth. Prior positions include Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Bakkavor, where Simon led a team in producing performance metrics, and Finance Business Partner at North London Waste Authority, focused on financial reporting for waste disposal contracts. With a career spanning over three decades, Simon's expertise encompasses financial management within diverse sectors, including contract management at Serco and finance leadership roles in P&O Ferrymasters and GG Baxters. Simon holds a fully qualified ACCA designation since 1993.
