Matt Triplett

Matt Triplett currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at GridStrong, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Matt was the Head of Product & Design at Trane Technologies from May 2023 to October 2024. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Product Design/UX at EnterpriseDB from January 2020 to January 2022, and as the Director of User Experience at Anomali on a contract basis from February 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Matt worked as the Principal Product Designer at TallyGo from March 2015 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a BA in Cognitive Science from The Evergreen State College and a Graduate Level Teaching Certificate in Education from Saint Mary's College of California.
