Christa Odo

Christa Odo has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1996 with a role as an Administrative Assistant at Lucent Technologies. In 2001, they worked as a Contractor for Infopro Technical Staffing, and in 2002 they held two positions, Programmer Analyst at The Janus Group, Enterprise Marketing Solutions Inc. and Data Architect (Contract) at Tricore Technologies. In 2004, they took on roles as an Occupancy Specialist and Recertification Specialist at BRIDGE Housing Corp. From 2011 to 2014, Christa Odo worked at QinetiQ North America, where they held two positions, Business Systems Analyst and MRO Support Planner. In their role as Business Systems Analyst, they were responsible for improving and standardizing manufacturing business systems and training for 80 functional users across four manufacturing/project oriented business units. Christa also led an effort to implement add-on software for ease of communication between engineering and sales teams. As MRO Support Planner, they were a Database Administrator for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul department and began the migration of MRO Access database to Salesforce and Visual for better process flow. Finally, from 2014 to present, Christa Odo has been working as a Business Analyst at GridUnity.

Christa Odo received a BA in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College, followed by a Certificate in Web Development and Business Programming from The Chubb Institute.
