Ned Renzi

Ned Renzi is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in advising startups and managing venture investments. As a General Partner at Enjoy The Work since July 2019, Renzi collaborates with a partnership of former operators and investors to help founders transition into effective CEOs. Renzi co-founded Birchmere Ventures in March 2000 and serves as Managing Partner, focusing on seed-stage SaaS and marketplaces, with the portfolio achieving a cumulative market valuation of $15 billion. Additionally, Renzi provides advisory services to several companies, including Shef, Codoxo, Gridwise, Bus.com, Compound Coffee Co., Renewable Properties, Turn Technologies, and People One Health. Renzi holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, an MS in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and a BSEE from Penn State University.
