Federico Marque is a seasoned professional in the biotech investment sector, currently serving as General Partner and COO at Grid Exponential since January 2018, where the company focuses on transforming scientific ideas into impactful solutions in Latin America. Prior experience includes a role in Open Innovation at the Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo, where significant initiatives such as the first Entrepreneurs Law and various support programs for startups were launched. As Co-founder and CEO of Bioimanay, Federico developed recombinant proteins for industrial applications, while earlier positions involved working in startup incubation at EMPREAR, managing entrepreneurship education programs at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, and business development at Contreras Hermanos S.A. and Accenture, specializing in market analysis and project management. Federico holds graduate studies from Singularity University and an industrial engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
