Daniel Daskivich

Daniel Daskivich has a strong background in data engineering and leadership roles. Daniel is currently working as a Lead Big Data Engineer at GridX, Inc. since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Uplight from 2019 to 2023 as a Senior Implementation Engineer for Data Integrations. In this role, they were responsible for leading complex Big Data pipeline integrations and collaborating with various teams to meet client commitments. Daniel also played a key role in optimizing and mitigating pipeline bottlenecks. Before Uplight, Daniel worked at FirstFuel Software as a Data Engineer and Data Engineer Co-Op from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they have experience in the field of event management and administration, having held roles such as Assistant Director and Interim Director at Northeastern University from 2012 to 2017.

Daniel Daskivich obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Bucknell University between 1994 and 1998. Daniel then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Northeastern University from 2016 to 2019.
