Feiran Huang

Feiran Huang is a Senior Data Scientist at GridX, Inc. since September 2025, following a tenure as the Manager of Innovation & Data Science at Innowatts from August 2021 to August 2025, where notable contributions included pioneering product innovations and leading a team in developing machine learning models for energy operations. Prior to this role, Feiran served as a Senior Data Scientist at Innowatts, enhancing machine learning models for load forecasting and developing load disaggregation techniques. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Seismic Data Scientist and Geophysicist at Viridien from 2011 to 2017, where the development of an end-to-end production pipeline for 3D seismic image reconstruction was achieved. Feiran holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
