Chad Ryan

Chad Ryan has extensive work experience in strategic financial management and corporate services. Chad most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Griffin, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Starling International at Starling Bank from November 2020 to August 2022. Chad also worked at Scottish National Investment Bank as a Programme Director & Strategic Adviser from April 2019 to November 2020. Chad has held various roles at Virgin Money, including Finance Director and Strategic Finance Director. Chad also has experience at Lloyds Banking Group as a Performance and Capital Management and Regulatory Reporting Director, Strategic Finance Director, and Performance Management Director. Before transitioning into the financial industry, Chad worked as the Head of Performance at Hbos Plc. Chad began their career at KPMG, where they served as an Integration Director and Senior Manager. Chad's strong background in finance and strategic management positions him well for their current CFO role at Griffin.

Chad Ryan has pursued a degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a degree in Psychology from the University of St. Andrews.
