Stephen Smith is the founder and director of High Tide Advisory, specializing in project structuring and compliance consulting. With over 25 years of experience in corporate funds management, compliance, and financial services, they have held Responsible Manager roles since 2014, supporting a range of Australian Financial Service license authorizations. Stephen has overseen more than 25 direct property offers valued over $400 million and has structured funds designed to raise over $150 million. Currently, they also serve as Company Secretary at Disgen Limited and as a Responsible Manager at both Mantle Financial Services Pty Ltd and Apex Financial Solutions Pty Ltd, while advising on product innovation at Griffin Group.
