Dora Grant

Dora Grant has extensive experience in risk management and governance roles. Dora currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Griffin since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Director at BDO UK LLP from 2020 to 2023. Dora also served as Chairperson of the Endorsements Committee at The Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) from 2018 to 2020. Dora held the role of Chief Risk Officer (SMF4) at The Commonwealth Trade Bank Plc from 2019 to 2020 and at UBL UK from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Governance, Planning & MI at Legal & General from 2014 to 2018, and Group Op Risk Framework SME at Barclays from 2013 to 2014. Dora has also worked at Union Bank of Nigeria as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) CF28 from 2011 to 2013, Banco Espirito Santo as Operational Risk/ Liquidity Risk/ Liquidity Stress-Model SME from April 2011 to November 2011, and Lloyds TSB as Operational Risk Framework Manager from January 2011 to March 2011.

Dora Grant completed a Master's Degree in Monetary and Financial Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management in the years 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate Degree in Economics from the same institution from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Banks and Insurance Companies Management at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, starting in 2002.
