Tim Grell

Tim Grell is an experienced foreman with a strong background in civil construction and site activities. Currently serving as a general foreman for dirt work at Papich Construction since April 2019, Tim has previously held foreman positions at ACI, The Walsh Group, Flatiron Construction, Kiewit Infrastructure West Co., and Louis Todd Corp. Experience includes overseeing mass dirt operations for housing developments, managing civil works for the Crenshaw light rail project, and directing various infrastructure improvements. Tim Grell's career spans over two decades, with extensive involvement in projects such as school and hospital constructions, sewer replacements, and roadway enhancements. Education was completed at Tehachapi High School between 1988 and 1991.
