David Hughes

Principal at Griffith Hack

David Hughes has had a extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property law and strategy. David started their career at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick in 1993, where they served as a Partner for almost a decade. In 2002, they joined Griffith Hack as a Principal, where they worked for an undefined period. In 2017, they transitioned to Glasshouse Advisory, where they held the position of Director- Strategy until September 2018.

David Hughes attended the University of Sydney from 1983 to 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering. David then attended Deakin University from 1997 to 1999 and completed a Graduate Diploma in Technology Management. In addition, David Hughes attended the Professional Standards Board, IP Australia from 1987 to 1991 and became a Registered Patent Attorney. Prior to their higher education, they attended Saint Ignatius College, Riverview from 1977 to 1982.
