Emma Mitchell

Emma Mitchell has over 18 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law. Emma currently serves as a Principal at Griffith Hack, where they started in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Watermark Intellectual Property from 2018 to 2020. Emma also held the position of Senior Associate at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick from 2017 to 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Emma worked at Sladen Legal, where they served as a Special Counsel in Intellectual Property and also as a Senior Associate specializing in intellectual property. Earlier in their career, they worked at Allens Arthur Robinson as a Senior Associate and Lawyer from 2005 to 2012, and at Middletons as a Lawyer from 2002 to 2005.

Emma Mitchell attended the University of Tasmania from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree in Political Science.
