Malcolm Lyons

Malcolm Lyons is a Principal Patent Attorney at Griffith Hack, where they focus on educating clients about intellectual property and maximizing its potential. With a strong background in medical research, Malcolm has held various positions, including Postdoctoral Fellow at UNSW Australia and The Jackson Laboratory. They completed their Ph.D. in Biology at the University of Sydney and a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Technology Sydney. Over the years, Malcolm has developed expertise in patent prosecution, opposition, and litigation support, while also engaging in pro bono work for a Melbourne charity.
