Aerospace Engineer/Mission Lead/Internal & External UAS Pilot at Griffon Aerospace

Ryan Smith has worked in the aerospace industry since 2013, when they began as an Aerospace Engineer/Mission Lead/Internal & External UAS Pilot at Griffon Aerospace. Prior to that, they were a System Engineer at Zero Point Frontiers Corp. from 2012. Ryan also worked as a Line Technician at CSG Aviation/Flightways Columbus from 2008. Before that, they were a Private Mathematics & Science Tutor at Wyzant since 2007.

Ryan Smith completed their Aerospace Engineering degree from Auburn University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Columbus State University from 2006 to 2009 and studied Pre-Engineering. In addition, they obtained a Remote Pilot Certificate - sUAS from the Federal Aviation Administration in October 2016 and a Private Pilot ASEL from the Federal Aviation Administration in June 2007.
