Sid Daugaard

MANAGER OF OPERATIONS (WEST) at Griffon Aerospace

Sid Daugaard has worked in a variety of roles in the aviation industry since 1994. Sid began their career as an Aircraft Electrician/Weapons Technician for DynCorp Aerospace Technologies. In 1997, they moved to Dick Poe/Mack Massey as an Assistant Used Car Manager/Sales Consultant. In 1999, they returned to DynCorp Aerospace Technologies as a Senior Aircraft Electrician/Weapons Technician. In 2005, they worked as an Avionics Technician III for Doss Aviation, Inc. In 2006, they worked as an Avionics/Weapons Technician for Computer Science Corporation. In 2007, they worked as a Battalion Level II Instructor for The Edge Research and Development/Omega Training Group. In 2008, they worked as an Avionics Tech III/Electronics Tech III for Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. In 2010, they worked as a Test and Evaluation Engineer LVL IV for Boeing Aircraft Corporation, White Sands Missile and as an Engineer LVL II for Systems, Products and Solutions. Since 2011, they have been working as Manager of Operations (West) for Griffon Aerospace.

Sid Daugaard received a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Randford University in 2007. In 2006, they obtained an FCC License with Radar Endorsements from the Federal Communications Commission. Sid also holds a Master Certification in Electronic Communications from the Office of National Radio Examiners. Lastly, they have completed an Aircraft Transitions Course, Aircraft Electronics and Weapon Systems from the U.S. Army Aviation Logistics School.
