Chad Steinacker has extensive experience in both pastoral leadership and the pharmaceutical industry. Since June 2002, Chad has served at Penny Road Church of the Nazarene in various roles, including Lead Pastor and Worship Director, while also being an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene since 2019. In parallel, Chad has been employed at Grifols since 1999 as a Validation Manager, overseeing validation for Aseptic Filling and Cold Chain functions at the Clayton, NC facility, and has held positions with Talecris Biotherapeutics and Bayer Biological Products Division. Additionally, Chad has previous experience as a Validation Specialist at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. Chad holds a COS degree in Pastoral Studies from Carolinas School of Ministry and a BA in Biology from Olivet Nazarene University.
