Elizebeth L.

Elizebeth L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Quality Control within the biotechnology sector. Notably, Elizebeth served as the Director of Quality Control at Grifols from February 2017 to April 2021, where leadership resulted in the successful implementation of QC laboratories for Molecular Diagnostics and Blood Typing Solutions, maintaining FDA compliance and achieving high first-time pass rates in product performance qualifications. Prior to Grifols, Elizebeth held various roles at Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe) from May 2007 to February 2017, ultimately leading teams to ensure the testing and release of critical blood screening kits and participating as a subject matter expert in new product development. Elizebeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Mary Washington.
