Jeff Dunn has extensive experience in customer operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Operations at Grifols since 1989. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Manager of Customer Service at Talecris from 2009 to June 2011. Jeff's educational background includes an Associate degree in Safety and Health from Springfield Technical Community College, completed from 1980 to 1983, and a high school diploma from Agawam High School, obtained between 1976 and 1979.
