Luis Castro, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished Senior Validation / Manufacturing Engineer at Grifols since August 2018, with a track record of never missing a deadline while managing multiple tasks. Prior experience includes serving as a Project / C&Q Engineer at Allergan, where Luis led a 12-person team for the Microbiology Laboratory Expansion Project and achieved a 12% project cost reduction through effective organizational culture.
