Michael Salgado is the Director of Manufacturing at Grifols, where they lead high-quality work initiatives in Non-Commercial and Commercial GMP manufacturing operations. With over 20 years of experience, they have previously held various senior supervisory and managerial roles at Genentech and Astellas Pharma, where they focused on compliance, process improvement, and team development. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix, along with a Lean Manager Certification from Productivity Inc. and Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
