Phong H.

Phong H. is an experienced Learning Systems Manager at Grifols since July 2019, overseeing a Learning Management System serving over 18,000 users, managing compliance, integrating new acquisitions, and providing training across various teams. Previously, Phong held multiple roles at General Dynamics Information Technology from October 2009 to July 2019, including Sr. Learning Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing a support team for a LMS used by over one million military and DOD users, conducting extensive testing, and maintaining user guides. Early career experience includes developing computer-based training for the USDA at Computer Sciences Corporation and web development for small businesses. Phong is currently pursuing a BS in Computer and Information Science at the University of Florida.
