Rolf Bless has held various leadership roles in information technology and management consulting. They served as Head of IT Operations and Head of Information Security and Sourcing at Bühler AG from 2002 to 2006, and later as Head of IT at several organizations, including V-ZUG AG and Sika Informationssysteme AG. Rolf transitioned to management consulting as a Partner at BEG & Partners AG from 2017 to 2019 and currently leads Group IT/SAP Services at ARGO-HYTOS until 2025. Since 2025, Rolf has been a Senior Partner at griglio projects, focusing on mobilizing people for digital transformation in companies. Rolf’s education includes a diploma in business management from KS Kaderschulen St. Gallen and a course in Methodology in Business Engineering from HSG.
